This policy applies to paid subscriptions on SliceYT. Paid plans are not yet available but this policy will govern them when they launch.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing contactsliceyt@gmail.com. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for renewals of an ongoing subscription.
Yearly subscriptions may be refunded in full within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 5 clip exports under the plan. After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time to prevent renewal.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside these terms due to a technical failure on our part, contact us at contactsliceyt@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
