By using SliceYT ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
SliceYT provides tools to trim and export clips from YouTube videos. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with content you own or have explicit rights to.
Users may only use SliceYT to save content they own or have explicit rights to. Saving copyrighted content without permission is prohibited and violates these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to save, store, or distribute:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
SliceYT shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SliceYT and its owners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SliceYT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
If you believe content accessed through SliceYT infringes your copyright, contact us at contactsliceyt@gmail.com with: your name, a description of the copyrighted work, and the specific content in question. We will respond within 48 hours.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably via email. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to courts in Mumbai, India.
The Service enforces per-clip processing limits based on your plan. Free plan clips are limited to 2 minutes for all qualities. Creator Pro clips are subject to the following per-quality limits per individual export: 480p up to 30 minutes, 720p up to 20 minutes, 1080p up to 10 minutes, 4K up to 5 minutes, MP3 audio up to 15 minutes. These limits may change at any time. There is no limit on the number of clips.
